1. Introduction

Welcome to XprtLink. This Privacy Policy and End User License Agreement describes how XprtLink ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you visit our platform or use our expert-linking services. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in this policy.

We operate on the principle of Efficient Expertise. This means we only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide a high-resolution professional experience, ensuring both consultants and clients can operate with total trust.

2. Data Collection

To facilitate expert connections, we collect information that you provide directly to us:

  • Identity DataFull name, professional title, and biographical information provided in expert profiles.
  • Contact DataEmail addresses, phone numbers, and professional social media handles.
  • Transactional DataDetails about bookings, payments, and professional services rendered through our calendar system.

3. How We Use Your Data

XprtLink uses the collected data for various professional purposes aimed at enhancing service delivery:

  • Service FacilitationMatching expert consultants with high-intent clients based on domain expertise and availability.
  • Platform IntegrityVerifying credentials and maintaining a high-resolution marketplace of competent professionals.
  • Payment ProcessingEnsuring secure and timely settlement of consulting fees through our encrypted payment gateways.
  • Technical OptimizationAnalyzing usage patterns to improve the UI/UX and algorithmic accuracy of our search engine.

4. Your Rights

Depending on your location (e.g., GDPR in the EU or CCPA in California), you have specific rights regarding your personal data. At XprtLink, we extend these high-standard protections to all users globally:

Right to Access and Portability

You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and receive it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format.

Right to Rectification

You can ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data at any time, including details in your expert profile.

Right to Erasure (To Be Forgotten)

You can request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

5. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using the XprtLink mobile applications or accessing our web platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and XprtLink.

  • Scope of License XprtLink grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use our mobile and web applications solely for accessing verified expert consultation marketplace services in compliance with this agreement.
  • User-Generated Content & Zero Tolerance Policy In accordance with mobile platform standards (including Apple App Store Guideline 1.2), XprtLink enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding objectionable, abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, defamatory, hateful, or illegal content. Users must not transmit offensive material in chat, quote requests, profile bios, or live consultations.
  • Content Moderation & 24-Hour Enforcement Any user can report offensive content or abusive participants directly in-app through message menus, consultation screens, and expert profiles. Our dedicated compliance team reviews all flagged content within 24 hours. Content found in violation is immediately removed, and the offending user's account is subject to immediate suspension or permanent ban.
  • User Blocking Protection Clients and experts have access to immediate, one-tap blocking features. Blocking an abusive individual immediately prevents all future messaging, session bookings, and direct communication across the platform.
  • App Store & Third-Party Beneficiaries You acknowledge and agree that this EULA is concluded between you and XprtLink only, and not with Apple Inc. or Google LLC. Apple and Google bear no responsibility for the software, its content, maintenance, or customer support. Upon your acceptance of this agreement, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce this EULA against you.
  • In-App Purchases & Subscriptions Expert subscription tiers (Core, Professional, Elite) and consultation credits purchased via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing are subject to the billing terms and conditions of the respective platform store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing cycle end date.
  • License Termination This license is effective until terminated by either party. Your rights under this license terminate immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any provision. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the platform and delete the application.
Warranty Disclaimer & Liability Limits

XprtLink is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, XprtLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from consultation advice, communications, or software availability.
